Q:- Collaborative relationships - what truly determines a win/win deal and how does a combined relationship stand the test of time?

TL:- In my experience, a win/win deal is the result of an open and honest sourcing process where both parties have established a fair and equitable relationship with full disclosure of material facts on both sides.

Q:- With so many recent mergers in the outsourcing industry, why do you think organizations are choosing to collaborate and what impact will this ultimately create within the industry for both the buyer and provider?

BT:- Forward thinking companies have caught on to the toxic contract syndrome that results from an arms-length “procurement” process that lacks a balance of adequate interaction with the prospective provider combined with a cost-only, government-like RFP process that focuses on constrained bidding structures and lowest possible price.More
