The information technology services market and the pricing for those services are changing in response to the current economic atmosphere and corporate America's drive to cut costs. The prices are also being driven by competition from IT services providers from other parts of the globe that are playing a much bigger role in the delivery of IT services to American companies. The buyers want lower prices, and IT service providers are responding. However, the changes in the prices are not as clear as you might find at the gas pump for a gallon of gas.
